Terms of Service

OrangeeWeb provides AI-assisted website design, WordPress development, and SEO optimization services. Our offerings include:

• Custom website design and development based on client-provided materials (logo, copy, images, domain, and hosting credentials).
• WordPress setup, plugin configuration, and performance optimization.
• SEO strategy and on-page optimization.
• Domain registration assistance and filing support.

Standard website projects are completed and delivered within 1 business day from the time all required materials are received. The client is responsible for providing:

• Brand logo and visual assets
• Website copy and images
• Domain name and hosting account access (we recommend Hostinger)

Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials are not the responsibility of OrangeeWeb.

• Full payment is required upfront before project commencement. We do not offer installment or deferred payment plans.
• Invoices are not provided. Please retain your payment confirmation as proof of transaction.
• There are no recurring annual fees from OrangeeWeb. Third-party costs (e.g., domain renewal, hosting) are the client's responsibility.

• Page additions within the agreed package scope are provided free of charge.
• Clients on an SEO service plan enjoy unlimited page additions at no extra cost.
• Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

• Post-launch bugs reported during business hours will be addressed within 1 hour via our human support team.
• Daily automated backups are performed. In the unlikely event of server downtime, your data can be fully restored.
• Security plugins are available for installation upon request to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.

• All website data -- including user information, orders, and content -- belongs exclusively to the client (the contracting party).
• OrangeeWeb does not sell, share, or retain client data beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed services.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their website complies with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

OrangeeWeb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

OrangeeWeb reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
